Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Cometa Vintage website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Products and Services

Cometa Vintage offers second-hand clothing and upcycled fashion items, as well as creative workshops. All products are unique vintage pieces.

Pricing

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (IVA) where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Orders and Payment

Orders are processed through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method. We will ship to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated per product and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We ship within Spain and Europe.

Returns and Refunds

As our products are vintage and second-hand items, all sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Workshop Registrations

Workshop registrations are final unless cancelled by us. If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Cometa Vintage. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Cometa Vintage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Logroño, Spain.
