Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

Due to the unique nature of vintage and second-hand items, all sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. We carefully inspect each item before shipping and accurately describe any flaws or imperfections.

What Constitutes "Not As Described"

  • Item is significantly different from the description
  • Major flaws not mentioned in the description
  • Wrong item received
  • Item is damaged (not due to shipping)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Color differs slightly from photos (vintage items vary)
  • Normal wear consistent with age
  • Size that fits differently than expected
  • Change of mind

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Email: anna@cometavintage.com with your order number and photos
  3. Wait for our response before returning
  4. Ship items back within 7 days of approval

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Workshop Cancellations

If you cannot attend a workshop, please contact us at least 48 hours before the session. We may offer a transfer to another date or partial refund depending on circumstances.
